Business Development Manager

DESCRIPTION

This position has a broad set of responsibilities spanning all areas of business development for MetaPass. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting new distribution verticals, evangelizing the MetaPass value proposition to prospective and existing partners, and achieving measurable sales growth through key distribution partnerships. MetaPass is looking for an exceptional individual who not only has the vision and entrepreneurial spirit necessary to excel in an early stage environment, but the focus and ability to prioritize and drive deals to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evangelize the MetaPass value proposition to existing and new partners with a goal towards demonstrably increasing sales
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and look for and execute deeper integration opportunities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and make innovative recommendations to management as to relevant verticals, industries, and partnerships
  • Develop and nurture an ecosystem of channel partners to ensure that MetaPAss addresses the needs of its strongest constituencies
  • Identify and define business and partnership opportunities that impact key metrics and require minimal development resources

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enterprise software experience and familiarity with the metrics and business drivers
  • Strong modeling skills and/or experience negotiating and drafting term sheets and contracts
  • Excellent research skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information and present them concisely in both written and verbal formats
  • 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated success managing a deal pipeline and closing both large and small deals individually and as part of a team
  • Masterful ability to create professional looking presentations, mockups, and product specifications that clearly articulate ideas and proposals
  • Technical background or strong understanding of product development is a plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams and build consensus among development, product management, operations and finance teams
  • MBA or JD a plus

Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION

MetaPass is looking for a Financial Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support monthly management reporting; updating reports, analyzing variances to forecast and trends.
  • Support quarterly forecasting process; working with managers to develop/update forecasts; consolidate data and analyze trends.
  • Analyze, interpret and make recommendations on a broad range of financial and operating issues; including but not limited to business unit profitability, product pricing, capital requests.
  • Conduct market and industry research to better understand the competitive environment for investment and planning purposes.
  • Financial modeling, budgeting, account analysis, prepares revenue and sales forecasts as well as budget reports. Requirements
  • Work with Accounting to identify month-end entries.

  • BA preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Recruiting Coordinator

DESCRIPTION

MetaPass is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Staffing function. This includes coordinating/scheduling all phases of interview process from sourcing to offer. You will work with the Recruiter, Hiring Managers, potential candidates/applicants, and interviewers.

Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of channel marketing programs to increase revenue and maximize profitability in our clients strategic partner. The right candidate will direct the execution of partner solutions within the Product Marketing arena, evangelizing and developing business through this channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively coordinates teams of internal stakeholders including marketing, communications, product management, sales, finance and software development to create the best experience for the partners
  • Defines and executes new marketing programs, overseeing design and track performance incentives, co-funded demand generation campaigns, sales contests, and other custom programs
  • Responsible for go-to-market sales tools with specific emphasis on usability by channel partners
  • Meets regularly with top partner accounts to provide best practices and strategic marketing support to grow their business with our client.
  • Analyzes marketing program results and ROI data; gets input and feedback from sales management on effectiveness of programs; oversees strategic direction and execution of program and process improvements
  • Oversees and maintains responsibility for end-to-end marketing programs, including business trend analysis, program documentation, financial analysis, and budget approval.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing experience in a technology field; channel marketing in enterprise security software experience ideal
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross functional projects and work effectively with senior sales and marketing executives
  • Proven ability to work effectively with client organizations, serving as the liason to internal product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Knowledge of total marketing mix, including strategic planning, program management, client communications strategies, product positioning and demand generation
  • Excellent analytical skills and business judgment • Proven organizational skills and an ability to oversee systems and processes
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities – able to find new ways to solve persistent problems; not satisfied until new solution is found.
  • Self starter who can work independently and operate in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA a plus.

Product Manager

DESCRIPTION

MetaPass is looking for Product Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing market driven information for future product direction by consulting with customers, prospects, analysts and other external resources
  • Developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for new targeted market penetration - Identifying customer needs and developing product vision
  • Translation of customer needs and market information into product development requirements and specifications for new products and product enhancements
  • Working with sales and marketing to provide content for marketing materials
  • Gathering and using competitive intelligence to steer product direction
  • Managing alpha and beta product releases

QUALIFICATIONS
