From the user's standpoint, it could not be easier. The user only needs to authenticate with MetaPass once, using a master password, the OS authentication (e.g. Windows Logon), or a strong authentication device such as a smart card or a fingerprint reader. Once authenticated, the user simply clicks on an icon to log onto an application. MetaPass does the rest. This is called “One-Click Login”, and is the only thing required for a user to access any system.
